A prominent manufacturer in Durham, CT has an immediate need for a welding machine operator. The ideal candidate will be a reliable, professional, meticulous, and articulate collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Day shift. Overtime may be required.

$17.00 per hour to start with a pay increase possible.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate spot welding machines and other production equipment.
• Assemble metal products and repair assembly errors.
• Inspect parts and assemblies.
• Regularly check equipment.
• Maintain clean working area and follow also safety protocols.
• Complete all necessary documentation.
• Other tasks as assigned

• Ability to handle physical aspects of the job including bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting up to 20 lbs regularly.
• Good hand dexterity.
• Strong communication skills.
• Some manufacturing experience preferred.
