Hamilton Connections is looking for a waste baler for the second shift at a company in Sandy Hook, CT. This is a temp-to-hire position.
The hours are 4 p.m.-2 a.m., Monday-Thursday. The salary is $16-$17 an hour.
Job Responsibilities:
- Bale waste at standard maintaining good quality bales
- Keep waste separate by its grade name
- Enforce plant safety and housekeeping procedures
- Check customer specifications prior to set up
- Perform other work of like or lesser skill and responsibility
- Maintain communications with the other shift employees
Job Requirements:
- Manufacturing and/or warehouse experience
- Ability to handle physical aspects of the job, including standing for long periods and heavy lifting
- Communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
