Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (until July 4); after the holiday schedule will shift to 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Key responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently to meet production targets.
- Operate manual pallet jacks safely and move pallets within the warehouse.
- Work in cooler and freezer environments as needed for order fulfillment.
- Load/unload trucks and stage orders for shipment.
- Maintain clean, organized work area and follow all safety procedures.
- Report issues (damaged product, inventory discrepancies) to supervision.
Required experience & skills
- Must be able to pass criminal background check
- Prior warehouse experience with order picking required.
- Proficient and comfortable operating a pallet jack.
- Experience working in cooler/freezer environments preferred.
- Ability to lift up to typical warehouse limits (e.g., 50 lbs) and stand/walk for full shift.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality; able to work the schedule change after July 4.
Physical & work conditions
- Frequent lifting, bending, and walking; standing for long periods.
- Regular exposure to cold temperatures in cooler/freezer.
- Fast-paced, production-oriented environment.
