Hamilton Connections is looking for shipping and receiver supervisor for a manufacturing company in Wolcott, CT. This is a temp to hire position.
The hours are 7 a.m.-5:30 p.m., Mon-Fri. The pay is $22 per hour.
Job Responsibilities:
• Receive and verify incoming shipments
• Paint mixing
• Prepare outgoing shipments
• Maintain accurate records
• Load and unload trucks
• Keep work area clean
• Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
• Shipping and receiving experience, leadership role
• Communication skills to interact with customers dropping off and picking orders
• Experience with material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks
• Forklift experience
• Ability to handle physical aspects of the job, including moderate to heavy lifting
• Ability to use and read scales
• Computer and data entry skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
