Hamilton Connections is looking for a warehouse associate for a third-party logistics company in Danbury, CT. This is a temp-to-perm position.
The hours are 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday-Friday. The pay is $16 an hour, eligible for an increase after a probationary period.
Job Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack orders
- Inventory control and counts for specific clients
- Production work, as assigned, between filling orders
- Load and unload trucks
- Ongoing warehouse organization and quality control
- Process returns
- File shipping tickets on a daily based
- Waste disposal as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Shipping, packing or production experience
- Computer skills; experience with UPS Worldship and other shipping software a plus
- Experience using material handling equipment, including forklift (licensed equipment operator a plus)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines
