Hamilton Connections is looking for a test technician for a manufacturing company in Brookfield, CT. The test technician ensures that final circuit boards are operational and troubleshoots, repairs or reworks any issues. This is a temp-to-perm position.

8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. (plus overtime), Monday-Friday, $18-$22 an hour/depending on experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform electronic testing of final circuit boards with minimal training
• Troubleshoot all assigned assemblies, including complex circuitry
• Read and interpret schematics/prints related to manufactured boards
• Enter information into test troubleshooting database and utilize information in database
• Perform set ups of test equipment
• Test and repair microprocessor circuitry
• Other duties as assigned

• Minimum 4 years experience troubleshooting and repairing electronic products
• Ability to read schematics and understand electronic circuitry/components
• Computer skills
• ERP experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to work effectively in group settings, including development teams and customer presentations
• High school diploma or GED
