Hamilton Connections is seeking technicians for a manufacturing company in Newtown, CT. Candidates must be analytical, handy and pay great attention to detail. These are temp-to-perm positions.
The hours are 7:30 a.m.-4 p.m., Monday-Friday. The pay is $20-$22 an hour, depending on experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair electro-mechanical systems
- Run tests and interpret results
- Use measuring tools and electronic testing equipment
- Preventative maintenance
- Complete reports
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Understanding of analog and digital electronics
- Experience with electronic testing equipment (oscilloscope, multi-meter, wattmeter)
- Able to read drawings/schematics
- Experience with calipers, micrometer and height gages
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong mechanical aptitude
