Hamilton Connections is seeking technician candidates for a manufacturing company in Newtown, CT. Opportunities available is field service, repair, testing or quality control depending on candidates’ skill set. These are temp-to-perm positions.
8 a.m.-4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday; Pay is $20-$24 an hour/depending on experience
Job Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair electro-mechanical systems
- Run tests and interpret results
- Use measuring tools and electronic testing equipment
- Preventative maintenance
- Complete reports
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Understanding of analog and digital electronics
- Experience with electronic testing equipment (oscilloscope, multi-meter, wattmeter)
- Able to read drawings/schematics
- Experience with calipers, micrometer and height gages
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong mechanical aptitude
