Hamilton Connections of Milford Is currently recruiting for an experienced Inside Sales Rep for one of our growing clients.
This is a direct-hire, full-time position, which can offer potential overtime.
Job Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service - handling incoming calls/emails
- Assist customers as needed with ordering products and provide technical support as needed
- Handle quote management and related documentation
- Work with other departments and vendors to answer customer questions
- Manage order processing - purchase orders
- Handle other customer service related tasks as needed
Requirements for the position include:
- Excellent customer service skills - with prior inside sales experience
- Technical knowledge and/or prior related manufacturing experience
- Strong computer skills - including prior experience with M2M and/or ERP systems
- Superior communication and organization skills
- College degree preferred if not combination of education and work experience required
Salary range is $35.00-$40.00 per hour DOE
