Hamilton Connections is looking for a sales associate for a retail store in Brookfield, CT. Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends. This is a temp-to-perm position.

Store hours: 8 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday-Saturday, 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Sunday; $16.50-$17.50 an hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide fast, friendly service to customers
• Determine customer needs
• Answer questions about merchandise
• Discuss available options
• Suggest related items
• Set and achieve personal sales goals
• Stock shelves and ensure store is clean and organized

• Sales/retail experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to handle physical aspects of the job, including lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
