Hamilton Connections is seeking candidates for a sales associate at a retail store in Brookfield, CT. Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends. This is a temp-to-hire position.
Business hours are 8 a.m.-6 p.m., Monday-Saturday, and 10 a.m.-3 p.m. on Sunday. The salary is $19 an hour.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide fast, friendly service to customers
- Determine customer needs
- Answer questions about merchandise
- Suggest related items
- Set and achieve personal sales goals
- Test and install batteries
- Stock shelves and ensure store is clean and organized
- Make deliveries when needed
Job Requirements:
- Sales/retail experience
- Mechanical ability
- Clean driving record
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to handle physical aspects of the job, including lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
