Job Description

Hamilton Connections is looking for a sales administrative assistant for an energy service and fuel company in Danbury, CT. Candidates must be available to work overtime and Saturdays as needed. This is a temp-to-hire position.

7 a.m.-5 p.m. (hours fluctuate based on customer needs), Monday-Friday, $18-$20 an hour

Job Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate leads by responding to customer inquiries
  • Input sales data into databases
  • Assist in customer onboarding
  • Draft and finalize proposals, contract preparation
  • Run and process credit reports
  • File and maintain files for the sales department
  • Schedule and maintain calendar of appointments
  • Write proposals, prepare contracts, and assemble marketing kits
  • Work with sales supervisor to meet departmental needs and achieve the goals of the position

Job Requirements

  • Able to work in a fast-paced office environment
  • Customer service/sales experience
  • Experience in the fuel and energy industry a plus
  • Detail oriented and well organized
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus
  • Available to work overtime and Saturdays as needed
