Job Description

Hamilton Connections is looking for a returns/warranty administrator for a distribution company in Waterbury, CT. Previous returns/warranty administrator experience required. This is a temp-to-perm position.

40 hours a week (choice of a 4-day workweek, Monday-Friday, at 10 hours a day)

$18 an hour or more/depending on experience

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process returns and warranties
  • Complete administrative duties and required paperwork as indicated by company, vendor and manufacturer policies
  • Work with product on warehouse floor
  • Other duties as assigned



Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years experience and knowledge of the returns and warranty administration
  • Warehouse/distribution experience
  • Able to handle physical aspects of job, including lifting up to 25 lbs.
  • Plumbing/HVAC industry experience a plus
