Responsibilities and Duties:
- Researching qualified candidates.
- High volume of outgoing calls to recruit candidates to apply.
- Interviewing prospective candidates.
- Coordinating job placements for candidates.
- Performing pre employment candidate screenings.
- Customer - Account management.
- Additional administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
At least one year of experience in business, sales, retail, or similar preferred.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
** Bilingual a plus but not required **
Strong computer skills.
High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Reliable transportation.
