A manufacturer of a unique, proprietary medical technology is seeking a Quality Control Inspector for its Wallingford, CT facility.

Job Responsibilities:

• Incoming materials inspection.
• Visual, functional, and dimensional inspection.
• Process monitoring.
• 1^st article inspection.
• Records maintenance and documentation.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain GMP compliance.
• Other QC-related tasks as required.

8:00am-4:30pm, Mon-Fri.

$16.00-$21.00/hr depending on experience.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous medical device quality control experience in a regulated environment preferred.
• Experience with standard measurement devices such as micrometers, calipers, and gages.
• Strong communications skills.
• Basic skills necessary: math, measuring, computers, reading.
• Good hand dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to handle physical aspects of the job including bending, reaching, twisting, and lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally.
