General Labor – Ludlow, MA
1st Shift – $17/hour
Our client, the world's largest manufacturer of prefabricated roofing systems, is looking for General Laborers for their manufacturing facility in Ludlow, Mass.
Position Responsibilities:
- Assemble the product according to specifications with quality in mind at all times
- Willingness to learn all aspects of the operation and how to operate the different types of production equipment
- Complete all required production paperwork
- Observe all company safety rules and procedures. Attend all safety trainings and meetings.
- Keep the work area neat and orderly ensuring that it is free from any hazards.
- All other duties as assigned
Position Requirements:
- Self-motivated and be able to multi-task
- Must be able to work overtime & weekends as needed during peak production times
- Mechanically inclined, and able to perform physical labor, lifting, operating machinery, etc.
- Excellent safety record
- Ability to read blueprints & a ruler is a plus
- HS Diploma or GED required
- Bend, push, pull, carry up to 50 lbs.
