Hamilton Connections is currently searching for an experienced Production Supervisor on the 1st shift.
This opportunity may be a Contract to Hire or potential Direct Placement position.
This position requires the following:
- Overseeing production staff and ensuring all personnel are trained and meeting job requirements.
- Review daily reports/paperwork to ensure that all workers are meeting company production standards.
- Overseeing various production lines as needed.
- Handle daily employee job accountability, including disciplinary issues.
- Making sure daily production numbers are being met.
Required Experience/Skills:
- Minimum five years of supervisor experience.
- Strong communication skills
- Proven manufacturing or production experience.
- Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast paced environment.
- College degree a plus or combination of education and prior work experience.
