Hamilton Connections is looking for production operators for the second shift for a manufacturing company in Bethel, CT. Candidates must be available to help on first shift as needed. These are temp-to-hire positions.

3 p.m.-11:30 p.m., Monday-Friday, $20 an hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate production machinery, tools and equipment including automated punching machines, capping machines, etc.
• Prep production prior to shift start
• Perform equipment changeovers
• Document results of activities performed via work orders
• Package and label product
• Maintain a clean working environment

• Manufacturing experience 
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Understanding of weights and measures – U.S. and Metric
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to handle physical aspects of job, including standing while working
• Knowledge of basic Spanish a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
