Job Description

Hamilton Connections of Milford is currently looking for an experienced part-time administrative assistant, in the Woodbridge area.

The hours for this position are approximately 9am-2:30pm, Monday through Friday.

This position involves handling all aspects of office support and administrative duties, including but not limited to the following:
- Receptionist/phones and greet in-person visitors
- Manage office supplies and ordering as needed
- Handle incoming emails and responses
- File/manage personal records
- Design and create required forms
- Computer work including - Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Other administrative tasks as needed

A pre employment background check is required.
