Hamilton Connections of Milford is currently looking for an entry level Machine Operator, for a local growing manufacturing company.
This position requires the set-up and operation of a Slitter machine. Candidates will have to effectively set-up and oversee the proper operation of the machine, monitoring and adjusting as needed. Quality control of finished product is also required.
Prior experience is a big plus but is not required for this position. Training will be provided, however candidates should ideally have some prior machine operation knowledge and/or experience working within a manufacturing environment.
Candidates may be required to train and use a forklift at times. Standing for a full shift and some physical lifting up to 50lbs, may be required.
A pre employment background check is required.
This position is on the first shift.
Pay will be around $17.00 per hour to start but could range higher based on experience.
