Job Summary:
We are seeking candidates to fill a CNC Operator role on 1st shift. Willing to train eager candidates with little/no experience. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring machines to produce high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, program, and operate CNC machines to manufacture parts and components
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal performance and product quality
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment
- Maintain detailed production records and logs
- Collaborate with the manufacturing team to identify process improvements and implement best practices
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to set up, program, and operate CNC machines a big plus!
- Willingness to train and learn
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Location: Windsor, CT area
Type: Temp-to-hire
Weekly pay
Starting pay rate: $21+/hour (depends on experience)
Shift: 7am - 3:45pm. Monday - Friday
