Job Description

Hamilton Connections in Hamden is hiring for Manufacturing Associates (Welding/Press Operation/Machine Operation/Assembly/CNC).  Hiring for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts!

We’re seeking a dependable manufacturing assembler with experience in assembly, production lines, machining, or welding.

Key responsibilities for Manufacturing

  • Operate welding machines and presses
  • Assemble parts; polish and finish as needed
  • Perform first-piece inspection and document results
  • Calibrate equipment
  • CNC operators, set up helpful
Requirements for Manufacturing Associates 

  • Monday–Friday
  • 1st, 2nd, and 3rd
  • Prior manufacturing experience
  • Read and follow blueprints (preferred)
  • Able to lift up to 30 lbs frequently
  • Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
Details

  • $18-20+ Depending on experience
  • 1st:    7am-3:30
  • 2nd:    3pm-12:30 Mon-Thurs, Fri 3pm-7pm
  • 3rd:    11pm-7:30am Sunday night- Friday Morning
