Hamilton Connections of Milford is currently looking for a experienced CNC Toolmaker for a growing manufacturing facility.
This is a full-time, direct-hire position on the first shift.
Position Requirements:
- Construct new tooling and/or make adjustments to machines including: tools, jigs, fixtures, and gauges.
- Troubleshoot / maintain machines as needed.
- Set-up and manage layout of machine operations.
- Work in conjunction with department managers and engineering on all machining activities.
- Handle all documentation/records related to machines or tooling.
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of setting up/overseeing all Toolroom activities.
- Ability to set-up and program 3-5 axis CNC Mills, Lathes, EDM Wire and other related secondary machines.
- Prior experience working with SolidWorks or Mastercam.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and other diagrams.
- Strong computer and math skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to pass a pre employment background and drug screening.
