Hamilton Connections is seeking a Heat Treater Shift Leader at a manufacturing company in Enfield, CT.
Currently they are operating on a 4 day work week 10 hours per day.
1st shift - 8:00am - 6:30pm
The pay is $20/hr - $24/hr depending on experience with a $1,000.00 hiring bonus after 3 months.
Job responsibilities:
- assume responsibility for all activities for the work shift
- ensure that all employees carry out their assigned tasks
- ensure that all processed work meets customer requirements
- ensure that all records are up to date
- communicate daily with Production Manager
- routine inspection of completed work to ensure compliance
- maintain discipline and professional conduct
- train employees as needed
Job Requirements:
- prior manufacturing exp. heat treating experience is a plus
- prior machine/metal working experience
- prior assembly and inspection experience
- flexibility to work overtime
- computer skills
- lift up to 50 lbs.
