Hamilton Connections of Waterbury is looking for a machine operator for the first shift for a busy manufacturing company in the Winsted, CT area.

• Operate and set up machines, including rotary, surface grinder, etc., in safe manner
• Other duties as assigned

• High school diploma
• 1-3 months of related operating experience in manufacturing or industrial-type environment
• Able to read, understand and follow operational sketches
• Able to follow directions, make logical decisions
• Able to calculate and use basic math, including decimals and fractions
