A manufacturer in New Britain, CT needs a general helper to operate a chip spinner machine. This is physical job and requires a hard worker not afraid to get his/her hands dirty.
1st shift. 7:00am-3:30pm.
$17.00 - $18.00/hr.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collect scrap metal to prep it for recycling.
- Sort materials.
- Load chip spinner machine.
- Clean out machines as needed.
- Remove materials and load parts into bins.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer literacy
- Ability to handle physical aspects of the job including lifting, bending, reaching, etc. including lift up to 50lbs
- Reliable and punctual.
