Hamilton Connections is currently seeking a Line Lead in East Haven, CT. The ideal candidate must have manufacturing experience and supervisory skills. This is a long term position with the potential of temp to hire for the right candidate.

• Will be supervising a line of 8-10 people in a high-speed packing/production environment
• Bilingual preferred
• 1st shift: 7-7:30am start, 8+ hours depending on production
• $24-28+ an hour

• Must have supervisor experience in manufacturing
• Able to communicate with workers
• Positive attitude
• Available 1st shift and have reliable transportation
