Hamilton Connections of Milford is currently recruiting for both a Maintenance Mechanic and Lead Technician for one of our growing manufacturing clients.
These are full-time / direct hire positions, that would be on the 2nd or a mid day split shift.
Main responsibilities for the position include:
- Overseeing all maintenance of production equipment
- Manage installation of machinery
- Handle preventative maintenance and repairs of all equipment
- Oversee administrative aspects of the maintenance department including logs, work orders, and ordering of parts/supplies
- Manage outside contractors and other project management tasks as needed.
Requirements for the position include the following:
- At least five plus years of machine mechanic/technician experience within a manufacturing environment
- Prior supervisor for the Lead position
- Excellent customer service skills - including knowledge of sourcing outside contractors
- Proven experience handling company CMMS
- Ability to pass a pre employment background check, drug screening, and physical
Salary range is between $35.00 - $44.00+ per hour based on experience and shift.
