Hamilton Connections is seeking candidates for inventory coordinator at a company in New Milford CT. This is a temp-to-hire position.
The hours are 8:15 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday-Friday. The salary is $17-$18 an hour.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to internal & external customers
- Respond to customers inquires in a timely and professional manner
- Process bulk orders on a daily basis or as needed
- Manage backorders by running open orders report at the time the receiver is entered to make sure all orders are processed
- Process error reports as necessary
- Proactively follow-up on bulk orders to meet customer requirements
- Reporting as needed based on customer requirements: bulk inventory report, bulk open orders report, combined inventory report, receiving reports, QC report
- Input inventory into the database that is received daily
- Manage the Certificate of Analysis or other type of literature per customer requirements
- Adjust current inventory for labeling errors, missing product, returns
- Update current inventory stock based on the customer request to change the expiration date, discontinue product, QC material
- Generate reports as requested by manager
