Hamilton Connections is looking to fill a maintenance position in the New London, CT area. The ideal candidate has general maintenance/cleaning experience couple with steady verifiable work history. This is a temporary position until mid-August.
Job functions:
- Helping the Building Maintenance Tech with work orders in apartments.
- Prepping apartments for new renters.
- Sweeping
- Mopping
- Vacuuming
- Window cleaning (inside only and at ground level)
- Cleaning up trash around the complex
- Occasionally changing light bulbs
- Additional task as requested by Manager.
Qualifications:
- Must have previous residential cleaning experience.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be able to handle physical aspects of the job.
Monday-Friday, 8am-430pm.
$17-$23/hr depending on experience.
