Hamilton Connections of Milford is currently looking for a Human Resources Assistant for one of our growing clients.
This is a full-time (40 hour per week), in-office position.
Primary Job Functions:
- Assist the H.R, Director with daily human resource functions.
- Handle benefits administration
- Assist with payroll documentation
- Perform new hire orientations
- Manage unemployment filings
- Handle other H.R. related responsibilities as needed
Required Skills/Knowledge:
- Prior H.R. experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment
- Proven experience with H.R. practices and laws
- Prior knowledge of CT FMLA
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong computer knowledge - ADP experience preferred
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Combination of prior work experience (minimum of fours years) and/or education, minimum of Associate degree preferred.
Salary range will be $52-$55k per year DOE.
