HR Assistant - Part Time - Enfield, CT
Monday - Thursday 9am - 4pm
Responsibilities:
Daily review of employee punches.
Daily filing of all employee documentation.
Daily employee requests like printing pay stubs, time off requests, etc.
Employment verifications and letters.
Process payroll, including temporary staff and drivers.
Data entry
Interview Scheduling
Other tasks are assigned as needed.
Qualifications:
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a must.
Great communication skills
Professional demeanor and appearance
Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information.
Ability to multitask.
Good computer skills including Excel and Word
Good sense of urgency and ability to prioritize.
Self-starter and self-motivated, good attitude.
HR Experience is a plus!
