A prominent manufacturer in Durham, CT is searching for a customer solutions specialist to provide support for the sales and marketing department. Job Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining relationships through consistent and professional communication with current and prospective customers.
  • Preparing agreements and proposals.
  • Maintain file management system.
  • Entering purchase orders.
  • Provide general administrative support.
  • Maintain regular reporting.
  • Maintain and utilize CRM.
  • Assist with organization and planning of trade shows.
  • Follow company policies and maintain and safe and clean workplace.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Pay range expected to be $25-$28/hr to start depending on experience.

Job Requirements

  • B2B experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • 3 years or relevant experience preferred.
  • Associate degree or above preferred.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office programs and CRM systems; Salesforce experience a plus.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Problem solving and analytical skills.
