A laundry and dry cleaning service in Meriden, CT has an immediate need for customer service representatives. The company is looking for friendly, customer-orientated individuals who work well in a team environment.

$14-$16/hr.

Job Responsibilities:

• Meet and greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Sort and process incoming laundry and dry cleaning orders.
• Advise customers on available services and suggest applicable services.
• Deliver finished orders to customers.
• Process transactions.
• Answer phones.
• Assist with production as needed including ironing, pressing, and operating related machinery.
• Participate in ongoing training.

• Previous customer service experience.
• Strong computer skills.
• Ability to handle physical aspects of the job including standing for long periods and lifting up to 30 lbs occasionally.
• Must be reliable and punctual.
