Hamilton Connections is looking for a business to business (B2B) customer service advocate for a manufacturing company in Waterbury CT.
Monday-Friday. The pay is $18 to $20 per hour.
Job Responsibilities:
FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
- All general order entry duties
- 1 -2 years maintaining customer purchase orders in CRM/ERP. (IQMS a plus)
- Provide timely feedback to customers regarding order status, shipping methods, expedites, etc
- Communicate and follow up on routine matters with internal departments
- Prepare customer certs/packing slips for Engineering orders
- Maintain sales orders/ files and records
- Process order acknowledgements
- Answer phones, greet guests as necessary
- Demonstrated ability using Microsoft Office products
- Excel, Word, Power point, Outlook (proficient)
- 1-2 years Technical Customer Service/Document Control a plus
- Excellent communication skills, organized and detail oriented
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Must work well under pressure with a positive attitude
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
- Customer Service in Manufacturing arena, 2 years (Required)
- B2B experience (Required)
- High school graduate or equivalent with 3 – 5 years Customer Service in manufacturing environment
- Some college or technical school (preferred)
