Position Overview: Greeting visitors and screens incoming calls through main line directing callers to appropriate representatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming calls, assist callers, monitor general voicemail
- Coordinate meeting schedules/space availability and food ordering
- Process and direct mail to proper people
- Order entry
- Assist the accounting department with administrative tasks
- Process all customer paperwork and email clients
- Assist Marketing team with administrative duties to include: uploading and posting company related events, news updates on all social media platforms
- Perform any other administrative duties as directed by supervisor.
Work Experience Requirements:
-Computer literacy with all Microsoft Office programs
-Excellent phone and customer service skills
-Ability to work independently and with a team
-Detail oriented able to make sound decisions
-Administrative experience in a manufacturing setting helpful
