Immediate Machine Operator opening for local Cheshire Company
Job Duties and Functions:
• Reviews daily production orders with supervisor
• Reads, understands, and follows production Work Instructions.
• Sets up molds to make product
• Casts and demolds product being manufactured to meet daily production goals.
• Performs the necessary in-process inspection to determine whether the product meets
the necessary dimensional and other quality standards.
• Responsible for accuracy of product produced.
• Maintains cleanliness of work and surrounding area.
• May participate in internal audits, kaizen events, and other process improvement
activities.
• Any other duties deemed necessary by supervisor or Manager
Requirements:
- HS Diploma or GED
- Knowledge of using measurement tools and techniques and following written procedures
- Ability to routinely lift up to 50lbs
- Able to work on your feet 7 to 8 hours per day of a 10 hour workday
- Good attendance record
- The ability to work independently, manage workload and daily work tasks
Pay $22.00- 24.00 hourly based on experience
Temp to Hire Opportunity
Hours: 7am-5pm Monday thru Thursday. OT on Friday’s when needed
