Hamilton Connections is currently seeking part time and full time Call Center candidates starting mid-September/October in North Branford, CT. The ideal candidate has customer service, phone, computer, and organizational stills coupled with steady and verifiable work history. For the right candidate this is a long-term job with the potential for temp to hire.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound/outbound calls in a timely manner
- Communicate with customers to take orders
- Date entry
- Resolve issues
- Provide customer service
- Any additional job required
Job Requirements:
- Have Organizational skills
- 1st or 2nd shift openings
- Full time or part time available Monday - Sunday
- Regular hours: 8am - 5:30pm or 11am - 7pm
- Holiday hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am - 10:30pm
- If not available during the week we have night and weekend openings as well!
- Starting salary estimate: $16
