Job Responsibilities:

• Setup automated CNC milling machines and other production equipment.
• Perform offsets and tool changes.
• Call up programs and makes adjustments as necessary.
• Install and align fixtures.
• Quality control and inspection.
• Maintain fixtures including preventative maintenance and predictive maintenance.
• Properly and safely perform tool setup and tear-down.
• Monitor and reset production equipment as needed.
• Review problem reports and make adjustments to production equipment as needed.
• Maintain records.
• Replace tools as required.
• Follow 6S standards.
• Properly follows all company procedures and policies.
• Other tasks as assigned.

1^st and 2^nd shift available. Weekend availability is required.

$20-$25/hr depending on experience.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Strong math skills.
• Ability to handle physical aspects of the job.
