Hamilton Connections is seeking candidates for a CNC operator position at a manufacturing company in Bethel, CT. This is temp-to-hire position.
The hours are 7 a.m.-3:30 p.m., Monday-Friday. The salary is $20-$25 an hour, based on experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machines to meet production goals
- Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations
- Perform in process quality checks to ensure customer requirements are satisfied
- Perform routine machine maintenance
- Communicate issues with parts, equipment and workmanship
- Communicate with supervisors and management regarding work order status and potential issues
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Experience running CNC and manual lathe machines
- Able to read and work from blueprints
- Experience with precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
- Able to handle physical aspects of the job
- Able to pass pre-employment screenings
