A global manufacturing company in Norwalk, CT is looking to hire 2 manufacturing technicians.
Contract to hire. Compressed work week schedule(see below).
Nights 1 (N1) : Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday – 6pm to 6am
Nights 2 (N2) : Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday – 6pm to 6am
Pay range is $24 - $28/hr
Preferred Job Experience:
- The primary responsibilities are preparing and packaging the machines and resolving any issues. These candidates also should be used to identifying issues and should have the ability to as assemble and reassemble the machines.
- Candidates must have a high attention to detail. They will be searching for any issues before the machines are shipped out as well as strong mechanical aptitude
- Strong candidates for this role will include people who have had exposure to mechanical assembly. Below are some example industries/job titles
- Mechanical Assembly
- Automotive mechanic
- This role deals with large assembly parts require strong skills with blueprints and precision's tooling
- Candidate from Automotive background do well, same with railcar maintenance/service techs as well.
- We are targeting candidates who have experience in identifying technical concerns and issues. This will involve diagnosing technical issues which happen through production.
In addition, candidates must be comfortable working in a clean room suit for entire shift.
