Hamilton Connections is seeking an assembler for a manufacturing company in Bethel, CT. Assembly experience is preferred, but entry-level candidates with mechanical ability are encouraged to apply. This is a temp-to-perm position.
The hours are 7:30 a.m.-4 p.m., Monday-Friday. Pay is $15 an hour.
Job responsibilities:
- Assemble small electrical components
- Test assembled product (low voltage)
- Assist in other manufacturing areas when needed
- Maintain clean work area
- Other duties as necessary
Job requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Assembly and/or manufacturing experience preferred
- Mechanical ability
- Able to operate electronic test equipment
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to handle physical aspects of the job, including standing for long periods and some lifting
