Hamilton Connections is looking for an aerator operator for a manufacturing company in Sandy Hook, CT. This is a temp-to-perm position.
The hours are 6 a.m.-4 p.m., Monday-Thursday. The pay is $16 an hour.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare loads for printing; cut and remove all bad sheets
- Check quantity against stock requisition
- Check to see the stock is on the proper size skids and the proper height
- Deliver finished loads to the appropriate equipment with proper tickets and documentation
- Maintain the work area in a safe, neat and orderly manner
- Stay in communication with production control to maintain schedule
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Manufacturing experience
- Ability to handle physical aspects of the job, including heavy lifting
- Communication skills
- Ability to work overtime as needed
