Hamilton Connections is seeking an Accounts Receivable Associate for a warehousing company in Westfield, MA. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in an accounting department.
The hours are 7:30 am - 4:00pm, Monday - Friday. The pay is $20/hour.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming customer payments
- Create/send invoices
- Track payments
- Account reconciliation
- Prepare and run reports
- Data entry
- Other A/R duties as required
