Job Description

Dynamic logistics company is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented B2B Administrator to join the team at our North Haven, CT fulfillment center.

As a B2B Administrator, you’ll oversee and optimize the end-to-end B2B process to ensure smooth operations and efficient order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end B2B orders: route incoming orders and schedule pickups with business partners
Coordinate order closing in the WMS to ensure timely, accurate fulfillment
Print orders and related documentation (labels, pick sheets, packing instructions, etc.)
Create BOLs for outbound freight orders
Use and maintain the integration platform to connect with B2B partners and streamline data exchanges
Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B inquiries and partner support
Perform regular quality checks to verify order accuracy and compliance; take corrective actions as needed
Identify and improve opportunities within the B2B workflow to boost productivity
Maintain accurate B2B data and generate reports to assess performance and support decisions
Collaborate with warehouse staff and logistics specialists to ensure seamless B2B operations

Monday -Friday

7:00am to 3:30pm

$21/hour
