What You’ll Do

This is a field-based, commission-driven role where your hustle and hands-on skills go hand-in-hand.
 - Prospect & Sell: Walk into restaurants and foodservice businesses to identify gasket replacement needs and pitch our services.
 - Close Deals: Follow up on leads, return to previous estimates, and convert interest into paid work.
 - Install & Repair: Replace refrigeration gaskets and minor hardware on-site (you’ll be kneeling, crawling, and using hand tools).
 - Deliver Service: Represent the company with professionalism, speed, and a friendly attitude.
 - Stay Organized: Use QuickBooks Online and Salesforce to log jobs and manage prospects.
 - Stay Mobile: Use your own reliable vehicle to travel between client locations throughout your territory.

 What We’re Looking For

- Outgoing and personable—you enjoy starting conversations with new people.
 - Mechanically inclined—you’re good with tools and don’t mind physical work.
 - Sales experience—especially in field sales or B2B outreach.
 - Tech-savvy—comfortable using apps, navigation, Salesforce, and QuickBooks.
 - Reliable—own transportation and a valid driver’s license are a must.
 - Growth-minded—your hustle determines your paycheck.
