Hamilton Connections is recruiting for a Accounting Clerk for local manufacturing co in New Britain
Hours: 8am-4:30pm M-F
Pay DOE $18.00 -25.00 DOE
Benefits offered include: medical insurance and sick pay.
Job Responsibilities:
- Entering accounts payables in system
- Review purchase requisitions ensuring accuracy of vendor codes, unit price, account details
- Process purchase orders
- Review/Run daily reports for shipping dept
- Invoicing
- Data Entry
Perform any other duties as directed by supervisor.
Requirements
Computer literacy
Excellent phone and customer service skills
Functional capability with Microsoft Office programs
Ability to work with others
Must pass a pre employment DT and background check
