Customer Service/Account Representative
Hamilton Connections has an immediate position available at a local promotional custom branded apparel company in Cheshire is looking for an Account Representative for a temp to hire opportunity on 1st shift 8:30am-5pm Monday-Friday. $24.00 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Serve as main point of contact for multiple accounts.
- Handle customer’s day to day requests
- Maintain client retention
- Create look books to showcase new products and upsell to clients
- Extensive use of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Develop pricing for apparel and promotional items
- Work with suppliers to source new products
- Travel to trade shows throughout the year
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Sales experience
- Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast pace environment
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Adobe Suite to include: Illustrator and Photoshop
- Knowledge of NetSuite and Filemaker a plus
- Must be able to pass a pre employment drug test and background check
