A prominent manufacturer in Durham, CT has a 2nd shift position available for a powder painter. The ideal candidate will be a reliable, hard working team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment!
Monday-Friday.
2:30pm-11:00pm
$18.70/hr ($17.00/hr plus 10% shift differential).
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate proper tools and machinery to apply powder coating to metal parts.
- Properly rack parts to dry.
- Maintain clean working area.
- Visually inspect finished parts.
- Follow all safety protocols.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to handle physical aspects of the job including bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting up to 40 lbs regularly.
- Good hand dexterity.
- Strong communication skills.
- Some manufacturing experience preferred.
- Follow proper grooming consistent with respirator requirements.
