A prominent manufacturer in Durham, CT has an immediate need for 2 press welding machine operators on 2nd shift. The ideal candidates will be reliable, professional, meticulous, and articulate collaborators who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Monday-Friday.
2:30pm-11:00pm
$18.70/hr ($17.00/hr plus 10% shift differential).
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate spot welding machines and other production equipment.
- Assemble metal products and repair assembly errors.
- Inspect parts and assemblies.
- Regularly check equipment.
- Maintain clean working area and follow also safety protocols.
- Complete all necessary documentation.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to handle physical aspects of the job including bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting up to 20 lbs regularly.
- Good hand dexterity.
- Strong communication skills.
- Some manufacturing experience preferred.
